Job summary

You will bridge technology, operations and business needs, driving automation and improving IT service management maturity while supporting critical business platforms in a fast-paced energy trading environment.

The role emphasises incident response, change and problem management, and collaboration with diverse teams to reduce operational risk and improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Operations, Service Management or related IT disciplines.
• Knowledge of Incident, Change and Problem Management.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and service governance.
• Ability to design and improve operational processes and automation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and performance via dashboards and tools.
• Respond to incidents and drive root cause analysis and prevention.
• Collaborate with service owners to improve reliability and reduce risk.
• Maintain and optimise incident, change, problem and request processes.
• Manage access governance for critical platforms with security in mind.
• Drive automation to reduce manual tasks and improve service delivery.
• Contribute to ITSM maturity, service catalogues, SLAs and governance.
• Produce operational reports and support continuous improvement.
