Job summary

Qualifications

Hands-on IT operations experience with incident, change and problem management.
Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor system health and performance using operational dashboards and tools.
Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with service owners to improve reliability and reduce operational risk.
Maintain and optimize incident, change, problem, and request management processes.
Support access management for critical platforms, ensuring security and compliance.
Drive automation to reduce manual tasks and improve service delivery.
Contribute to ITSM maturity, service catalogues, SLAs and governance.
Document procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
