Job summary

Semco Maritime is seeking a Site Engineer, Mechanical for its Renewables division. You will join an experienced team responsible for offshore substations and transmission projects, coordinating mechanical systems installation, commissioning, and startup across global sites.

The role involves international travel, offshore/onshore work, and a strong safety culture. You will collaborate with engineering and procurement to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to design changes while developing

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.

• Willingness to travel and work internationally across offshore/onshore sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily site activities for 4–10 skilled workers.
• Ensure activities align with schedule and plan resources accordingly.
• Coordinate with installation suppliers, yards, and partners.
• Purchase and oversee timely delivery of materials and coordination with vendors.
• Plan with Engineering on design changes and other topics.
• Run start-up and commissioning of mechanical systems.
