Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical/marine engineering or similar.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical systems.
• Experience with staff and supplier contracts.

• Willingness to travel to sites internationally.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily site activities for 4-10 skilled workers.
• Ensure activities align with the project schedule.
• Coordinate with installation suppliers, yard and partners.
• Purchase and oversee timely delivery of materials; coordinate with vendors.
• Plan with Engineering on design changes and related topics.
• Ad-hoc tasks and problem solving.
• Run start-up and commissioning of mechanical systems.
