Etac Group, Gedved, Denmark, is seeking a SIOP Process Owner to drive our S&OP process and align demand, inventory, and supply across the organization. You will transform data into insights supporting proactive decisions and work closely with the Gedved team and global Paediatrics units.

The role reports to the Head of Operations and will evolve to include people management as the function grows, under our ERP implementation and transformation agenda.

Qualificações

• Experience in SIOP or supply chain analytics.
• Forecasting, inventory planning, or similar processes.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and continuously develop the SIOP process across the organization.
• Lead the monthly planning cycle across Sales, Production, Procurement and Logistics.
• Analyze forecast vs actual demand and translate insights into improvements.
• Optimize inventory levels balancing service levels and working capital.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and management reporting for leadership.
• Prepare scenarios and business impact analyses for decision-making.
• Contribute to data foundation and digital decision-support tools (Power BI, AI).
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
