Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
EET is looking for a Supply Planning Manager to lead a team responsible for balancing 30,000 SKUs and ensuring on-time deliveries for 30,000+ customers. You will drive S&OP processes, coordinate with vendors, product management and sales, and push for improved forecasting and inventory optimization across Europe.
You will report to the S&OP Director, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel to other European sites as needed. Fluency in Danish and English is required.
At EET, inventory is not a back-office topic. It is where our profit, our cash and our customers’ trust are decided. We are looking for a Supply Planning Manager who wants to own that balance and lead the team that gets it right every day.
We serve more than 30,000 customers, ship more than 1,000,000 deliveries a year, hold 30,000 SKUs in stock and 1.2 million in our catalogue, sourced from around 1,000 vendors. EET is small enough to change direction quickly and big enough for your decisions to show in the numbers.
Over the past decade we have built a structured S&OP function with clear processes, solid governance and strong support for the business. Now we need a leader to take it further: sharper tactical planning, statistical forecasting used every day, and a planning model that keeps pace as we continue to integrate acquired companies into the EET platform.
You will lead one of our supply planning teams and be part of the S&OP leadership team, together with supply planning managers across our European locations and a dedicated demand planning and analytics team. You report to the S&OP Director.
Your planners work daily with vendors, product management and sales. You set the direction, clear the roadblocks and step in when a situation needs to be escalated.
There is more than one way into this role. You may already be an experienced supply planning leader, or a strong S&OP specialist ready for your first management role. Your background might be a degree in business, engineering or supply chain, or solid hands-on experience in the field.
