Job summary

Topsoe is seeking an End-to-End Planner to connect Operations, Procurement and Commercial, turning complex supply challenges into clear plans and informed decisions.

You will own operational and tactical planning for production lines and balance production, purchasing, inventory and customer needs, with a focus on data-driven decision making. The role requires presence at Lyngby and Frederikssund and involves global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with integrated supply chain planning in process industries or technology services.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ePPDS, APS, and Excel/PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Danish; ability to communicate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own operational and tactical planning for production lines and balance production, purchasing, inventory and customer needs.
• Manage SAP exception reports daily, process orders and due dates, and address risks to fulfilment and stock in S&OP.
• Plan specific production lines with global alignment and develop production plans.
• Own monthly S&OP supply reviews and present data-driven insights and trade-off scenarios.
• Optimize inventory and safety-stock levels and drive continuous improvement of planning processes.
