Job summary

Ambu A/S in Denmark seeks a Global Process Owner for Requirement to Inventory and ERP Transformation. You will define end-to-end process governance, design standards, and a scalable global operating model across regions and sites.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive fit-to-standard ERP capabilities (Infor M3) and master data alignment, and partner with IT, Finance, Quality, and manufacturing to deliver a robust transformation program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations or business transformation.
• Experience leading ERP-enabled transformation programmes (SAP S/4HANA, Infor, Oracle Cloud or similar).
• Deep expertise across the complete Requirement to Inventory value stream.
• Experience designing global template processes and operating models.
• Strong governance, Master Data and process harmonization knowledge.
• Experience working with Systems Integrators and technical delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Business Workstream Lead within our transformation.
• Own the global Requirement to Inventory process vision, scope, standards, governance, roadmap, performance, and continuous-improvement priorities.
• Define end-to-end principles covering distribution footprint, inventory planning, inbound/outbound warehouse flows, and 3PL management.
• Drive fit-to-standard design, simplify material and information flows, and ensure IT alignment.
• Lead process decisions balancing service, inventory, working capital, and compliance.
• Mobilize functions; ensure input, test coverage, readiness, training and adoption.
