Job summary

Mediq Danmark A/S is seeking a Demand & Supply Manager Nordics to lead the Nordic S&OP cycle for Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. You will own the Nordic demand and supply plan, guide a dispersed planning team, and drive forward-looking decisions to optimize inventory and service levels.

You will collaborate with sales, category, tender, sourcing, finance, warehouse, and transport to align priorities and actions across countries, ensuring consistent processes and resilience across absences.

Qualifications

This position requires 8–12 years in supply chain with a focus on demand and supply planning or S&OP.
Experience owning a full S&OP or IBP cycle and leading a planning team across multiple countries.
Strong knowledge of inventory, working capital, forecast quality and stock management.
Hands-on experience with an advanced planning system (Slim4, o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP) and Excel/BI.

Responsibilities

Own one Nordic demand and supply plan and bring tender/contract signals into forecast early.
Lead the full S&OP cycle from portfolio and demand reviews to supply and management review.
Manage inventory health, availability and working-capital impact while avoiding excess stock.
Lead four planners and one analyst across Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.
