Job summary

Ambu A/S in Ballerup, Denmark seeks a Global Process Owner for Procure to Pay to lead the global end-to-end P2P process during our ERP transformation, covering purchasing demand, supplier engagement, ordering, receipt, invoicing and payment.

You will report to the Global Operations Program Director, collaborate with Finance, IT, Quality and sites, and drive standardization, automation and adoption of global P2P standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience across the Procure to Pay value stream and its interfaces to Finance and Supply Chain.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience designing global template processes in a complex international org.
• Background in medical devices, life sciences, or regulated industries is a plus.
• Experience delivering global process transformations or ERP implementations.

Global Process Owner, Procure to Pay

Ambu A/S is currently looking for a Global Process Owner, Procure to Pay to be based in Ballerup, Denmark. In this role, you will own Ambu’s global end-to-end Procure to Pay process within our ERP transformation, from purchasing demand and supplier engagement through ordering, receipt, invoicing and payment. You will report to the Global Operations Program Director, with a functional reporting line to the VP Procurement & Facility, and work closely with Global Business Owners, other Global Process Owners, Finance, IT, Quality, sites and implementation partners. This is a unique opportunity to shape a critical global process within a major transformation. It will suit an experienced procurement or P2P professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on transformation delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Owning the global P2P process design, standards, controls and performance
• Leading fit-to-standard process design with business experts, IT and our implementation partner
• Simplifying, standardizing and automating transactional flows to reduce manual work
• Driving stakeholder engagement, training, readiness and adoption across sites

• Have experience across the Procure to Pay value stream and its interfaces to Finance and Supply Chain
• Hold a degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Have designed global template processes in a complex international organization
• Ideally come from medical devices, life sciences, pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry
• Have delivered global process transformation or ERP implementation
• Can challenge local practices constructively and create clarity on global standards
• Have Infor M3, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud or similar experience and are flexible to travel internationally
