Job summary

EET is looking for a Supply Planning Manager to lead a team responsible for balancing 30,000 SKUs and ensuring on-time deliveries for 30,000+ customers. You will drive S&OP processes, coordinate with vendors, product management and sales, and push for improved forecasting and inventory optimization across Europe.

You will report to the S&OP Director, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel to other European sites as needed. Fluency in Danish and English is required.

• Experience with advanced forecasting and planning systems.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Strong stakeholder management; can say no diplomatically.
• Proven people leadership and team-building experience.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead one supply planning team and be part of the S&OP leadership team.
• Set direction, unblock roadblocks and escalate when needed.
• Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings for business lines.
• Maintain healthy inventory balancing service levels.
• Develop forecasting and planning capabilities in ToolsGroup SO99+.
• Integrate newly acquired companies into EET’s planning processes.
