Job summary

Norden is seeking a Business Application Manager to bring shipping know-how into our core business applications, improving how teams use IMOS and other tools. The role blends operations insight with tech to translate business needs into practical system improvements.

You will join a small Business Applications team in Copenhagen, Cyprus and Singapore, focusing on IMOS while exploring SEDNA, PortLog, Shipfix and related tools to enhance processes and automation.

Qualifications

• Understanding of shipping and how applications are used in practice.
• Experience with shipping applications and IMOS familiarity.
• Curious about technology, AI and digitalisation to improve business operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse how business applications and processes are used to identify improvements.
• Lead projects implementing new applications, processes and integrations.
• Train and support colleagues in leveraging applications.
• Collaborate across teams to align processes and systems.
• Support use of commercial AI assistant tools.
• Work primarily with IMOS and involve SEDNA, PortLog, Shipfix.
