Job summary

Ørsted Bioenergy - Shipping & Logistics is seeking a proactive team member to support the department that handles extensive vessel imports and biomass deliveries across Denmark. The role focuses on SAP expertise, purchase orders, and fast-track payments, with strong Excel skills and a commercial mindset essential for success.

You will collaborate across departments and with external partners, reading contracts to ensure operations align with agreed terms, and communicate in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• In-depth SAP knowledge and ability to create and manage purchase orders.
• Strong Excel skills and a commercial mindset; ability to handle fast-track payments.
• Ability to read and understand contracts to ensure operations follow terms.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to improve efficiency and develop PowerPoint presentations for internal/external use.
• Support Bioenergy growth and commercial/operational activities.
• Act as SAP expert for the department's processes and functions.
• Independently create and maintain purchase orders and manage administration.
