Job summary

Ørsted is hiring for a Shipping & Logistics role in Bioenergy, focusing on SAP-driven procurement, laytime calculations, and post-fixture activities. You will prepare and manage purchase orders, collaborate with shipowners and brokers, and contribute to cost-effective, compliant operations in a dynamic energy logistics environment.

You will work with Danish and English communication, supporting cross-departmental teams and growing toward broader responsibilities within Logistics Coordination.

Qualifications

• In-depth SAP knowledge and ability to manage purchase orders.
• Strong Excel skills and commercial mindset for cost optimization.
• Experience in shipping and logistics or related procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently create and maintain purchase orders and ensure timely administration.
• Perform post-fixture activities, including laytime calculations and reporting.
• Collaborate with shipowners, operators and brokers in Danish and English.
• Contribute to efficiency improvements and develop internal/external presentations.
• Support commercial and operational activities within Bioenergy shipping & logistics.
