Qualifications

• In-depth SAP knowledge and ability to manage purchase orders.
• Strong Excel skills and a commercial mindset.
• Ability to read and understand contracts.
• Experience with shipping and logistics is a plus.
• Fluent communication in Danish and English.
• Team player with independent working ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to improve efficiency and develop PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
• Support Bioenergy growth and department activities.
• Act as SAP expert for processes and functionalities.
• Create and maintain purchase orders accurately and timely.
• Perform post-fixture activities including laytime calculations and tonnage reporting.
• Collaborate in Danish and English with shipowners, operators, brokers, surveyors and haulers across Ørsted.
