Job summary

Danish Crown A/S seeks an experienced Manager, ERP & ESM Platforms to lead SAP and ServiceNow platform teams across Denmark and Poland. You will set direction, drive stable operations and shape roadmaps to meet business needs.

You will balance day‑to‑day reliability with strategic platform development. As a senior people leader, you will collaborate with Business Solutions, Enterprise Architecture and key stakeholders, manage budgets and vendors, and push for automation and AI opportunities.

Qualifications

• Have at least five years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Have worked in a complex enterprise IT environment, preferably leading specialist or platform teams.
• Bring experience with SAP platform operations and understand the move from project delivery to sustainable operations.
• Understand IT service management, platform governance, risk, controls and compliance.
• Have experience managing vendors, service providers, contracts and licences.
• Can work strategically while maintaining a strong focus on execution and service quality.
• Communicate effectively across technical teams, application consultants, architects, vendors and senior stakeholders.
• Are fluent in spoken and written English.

Do you combine strong people leadership with an understanding of business-critical IT platforms? And would you like to lead experienced specialists while helping shape the future of SAP and ServiceNow at Danish Crown?

We are strengthening the way we manage and develop our enterprise platforms and are looking for an experienced manager to lead our SAP and Enterprise Service Management platform teams.

The teams are responsible for the technical SAP landscape and the ServiceNow platform, which support critical business and IT processes across Danish Crown. With our SAP S/4HANA project underway, you will also play an important role in building a sustainable operating model for our future SAP landscape.

Set the direction and bring people together

As Manager, ERP & ESM Platforms, your main responsibility is to create direction, clarity and a strong team culture. You will lead a team of specialists with deep technical and business knowledge and help them succeed both individually and as a team. Your team is both located in Denmark and Poland.

Together with your teams and key stakeholders, you will ensure that SAP and ServiceNow remain stable, secure and compliant, while continuously developing the platforms in line with business needs and architectural priorities. Your key responsibilities will include:
