Job summary

Danish Crown is seeking a Manager, ERP & ESM Platforms to lead the SAP and ServiceNow platform teams in Denmark and Poland, shaping the future SAP landscape and a sustainable operating model.

You will balance reliable day-to-day operations with strategic platform development, drive roadmaps and governance, ensure secure, cost-effective services, and collaborate with Business Solutions, Enterprise Architecture and senior stakeholders. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a people leadership role.
• Experience in a complex enterprise IT environment with platform teams.
• Experience with SAP platform operations and move from project delivery to operations.
• Knowledge of IT service management, platform governance, risk and compliance.
• Experience managing vendors, service providers, contracts and licences.
• Ability to think strategically while delivering with strong execution and service quality.
• Strong cross-functional communication with technical teams, architects, vendors and stakeholders.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

We are strengthening the way we manage and develop our enterprise platforms and are looking for an experienced manager to lead our SAP and Enterprise Service Management platform teams.

The teams are responsible for the technical SAP landscape and the ServiceNow platform, which support critical business and IT processes across Danish Crown. With our SAP S/4HANA project underway, you will also play an important role in building a sustainable operating model for our future SAP landscape.

Set the direction and bring people together

As Manager, ERP & ESM Platforms, your main responsibility is to create direction, clarity and a strong team culture. You will lead a team of specialists with deep technical and business knowledge and help them succeed both individually and as a team. Your team is both located in Denmark and Poland.

• Have at least five years of experience in a people leadership role
• Have worked in a complex enterprise IT environment, preferably leading specialist or platform teams
• Bring experience with SAP platform operations and understand the move from project delivery to sustainable operations
• Understand IT service management, platform governance, risk, controls and compliance
• Have experience managing vendors, service providers, contracts and licences
• Can work strategically while maintaining a strong focus on execution and service quality
• Communicate effectively across technical teams, application consultants, architects, vendors and senior stakeholders
• Are fluent in spoken and written English.
