Semco Maritime is seeking a Senior Support Specialist, Telecom, to oversee the daily operation of customers' communication systems from our Global HQ in Esbjerg. You will take ownership of incoming requests, gather technical information, assess urgency, and perform structured troubleshooting.

You will coordinate escalation when needed and keep customers informed throughout the process. You will establish a clear overview, perform initial checks, document findings, and ensure each case is

Formación

• Have a technical background within telecom, networking or related field.
• Have practical experience with technical troubleshooting and fault handling.
• Strong Microsoft Office software knowledge.
• Comfortable using ticketing systems and documenting technical findings, customer communication, and agreed actions.
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Willing and able to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Experience with telecom systems such as PABX, TETRA, VHF, AIS, CCTV, PAGA, LTE or Network infrastructure would be beneficial.
• General knowledge of Windows, Linux, Proxmox, Zabbix, TOPdesk, or comparable systems; willingness to learn is important.
