The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Business Partner (Senior Account Director) for Our LEGO Agency (OLA) in Billund. You will bridge business and creative teams, shaping ambitious integrated campaigns from brief to delivery, and ensuring commercial health and delivery are central to success.

You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and navigate complexity to deliver impactful campaigns across global markets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a senior account, client or business lead within a leading advertising agency.
• Led complex integrated campaigns across channels, audiences and markets.
• Shaped briefs to unlock stronger creative and commercial outcomes.
• Influenced senior stakeholders and aligned cross-functional teams around shared objectives.
• Managed campaign scope, resources and budgets across complex workstreams.
• Strong understanding of modern marketing including brand, social, digital, experiential and commerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders across the LEGO Group and OLA.
• Shape campaign ambition from early stages, translating business challenges into creative opportunities.
• Coordinate strategy, creative, production and specialist capabilities to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Drive planning, prioritisation and delivery to ensure campaign excellence.
• Foster collaboration and alignment to elevate how OLA partners with the business.
