Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Director, Business Lead to steer the OLA Commerce & Digital team, driving commerce-driven outcomes for LEGO Retail and third-party retailers worldwide. This role requires strong agency leadership and strategic collaboration across multi-market briefs, with a focus on delivering high-quality creative and retail experiences.

• Significant agency leadership experience, either external or in-house, with a focus on commerce and retail.
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams and talent.
• Strong business maturity with stakeholder influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Guide agency teams through complex stakeholder landscapes and multiple partners.
• Build trusted relationships with marketing partners and LEGO Group stakeholders.
• Develop deep understanding of the full commerce ecosystem and regional priorities.
• Oversee agency budget, capacity planning and operational setup.
• Define, train and nurture the Business Partner team and promote LEGO People Promise.
• Travel internationally as required to support global initiatives.
