Job summary

Vattenfall in Copenhagen or Kolding seeks a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager to lead engagement with communities, authorities, NGOs and industry partners for the Hesselø offshore wind project. You will design strategies, build trust and ensure local insights inform decision-making across development, permitting and delivery.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in stakeholder engagement or related roles.
• Experience with major infrastructure, renewable energy or sustainable development projects.
• Strong Danish and English language skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement and consultation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with communities, municipalities, authorities, NGOs, industry organisations, businesses, landowners and other stakeholders; facilitate dialogue and reflect insights in decision-making.
• Create clear content for project channels and public meetings; provide timely information and strengthen local understanding of offshore wind.
• Represent Vattenfall at stakeholder forums, public events and consultations; support alignment across Danish developments and portfolios.
• Contribute to supplier, local supply chain and landowner engagement activities as needed.
