Job summary

Wood Thilsted is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to deliver major offshore wind foundation and OSS projects. You will act as the main client contact and guide cross-disciplinary teams to meet objectives, budgets, and technical deliverables.

The role emphasizes senior stakeholder engagement, contract oversight, and a track record of managing complex, international projects from Denmark or the UK, with flexibility for APAC assignments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading and delivering major foundation design projects offshore.
• Proven contract and risk management experience in consulting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client relationship skills.
• Experience with offshore wind projects and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Be the main client contact and provide project leadership for detailed design projects delivering offshore wind turbine foundation designs.
• Strategically meet project objectives and manage client expectations.
• Oversee project financial performance and commercial success.
• Ensure technical integration across disciplines and deliverables with leads.
• Manage contracts, change, risk, safety, and budget for the scope.
• Collaborate with design teams and engage in key design decisions.
