Job summary

Whistleblower Software ApS is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive end-to-end feature delivery and act as a technical sparring partner. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to shape implementations and resolve debt in our integration logic.

You will mentor teammates, onboard new engineers, and contribute to building innovative business solutions while maintaining high quality standards and observability across production systems.

Qualifications

• Senior software engineer with end-to-end feature delivery.
• Experience in PHP/Laravel or Angular; architecture and system design.
• Experience building scalable production systems.
• Strong practices for testing, deployment, and observability.
• Ability to communicate trade-offs and provide high-level feedback.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for feature execution end-to-end.
• A key technical sparring partner providing high-level feedback during code reviews and troubleshooting deep-seeded issues.
• Collaborating across Engineering, Product, and Design to shape feature implementations and proactively resolve technical debt in integration logic.
• A supportive team member and mentor; onboarding new engineers, supporting less senior colleagues, and iterating to build creative business solutions.
