Formalize ApS is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our GRC Infrastructure team. You’ll be the technical anchor for our most critical systems, designing scalable solutions and mentoring others while remaining hands-on.

You’ll lead architectural discussions, collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Design, and drive improvements in observability, deployment, and testing as the company grows within a structured career framework.

Qualifications

• Design scalable systems in production.
• Lead architecture discussions and unblock engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical projects end-to-end.
• Take full ownership of critical components.
• Serve as technical sparring partner on architecture decisions.
