Formalize ApS is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own end-to-end product development, define architecture, and mentor engineers across the product and design teams. You’ll drive scalable systems and set technical direction with strong emphasis on quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Senior experience as a Software Engineer delivering production-grade, scalable systems.
• Strong background in software architecture and system design.
• Focus on quality and value delivery in product development.
• Ability to lead architectural discussions and set technical direction.
• Mentor peers and promote learning with no direct reports.

• Own end-to-end product development from concept to delivery.
