Job summary

BW Epic Kosan is seeking a Fleet Systems Specialist for our Copenhagen Office. You will support shore and offshore users of the Technical ERP Procurement module, drive change requests, and coordinate with ERP IT and Vessel IT teams to ensure smooth deployments.

You will also create training materials, assist with data analysis, and conduct end-user training and go-live activities across shore and vessel staff in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Business / Systems Analyst / Database Administration or similar.
• 2 years ERP business systems support or 3 years Ship Management experience.
• Strong communication skills in English; team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide shore and offshore support for Technical ERP users in Copenhagen.
• Collaborate with ERP IT and Vessel IT teams to implement change requests.
• Create and update training materials and end-user guides for ERP Procurement.
• Support data analysis and reporting for Technical ERP Procurement processes.
• Deliver end-user training and go-live support across shore and vessels.
