Job summary

The LEGO Group in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Service Designer - Data Platforms to shape user-centred experiences across data tools and services. You will influence product portfolio decisions and support the Data Office's digital strategy with service design methods.

Join eight designers in a hybrid team, collaborating with Product Managers and engineers. You will facilitate workshops, map journeys and create service blueprints to turn insights into actionable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and align on critical decisions.
• Deliver service blueprints and journey maps informing product decisions.
• Conduct user and stakeholder research and synthesize insights.
• Build stakeholder and ecosystem maps for product planning.
• Own end-to-end design work from scoping to delivery.
• Facilitate workshops to align teams on decisions and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centred journeys for data platforms across the organisation.
• Shape product portfolio decisions using service design methods, processes, and tools.
• Guide Product Managers in adopting user-centred approaches to product development.
• Develop stakeholder-aligned service blueprints for Data Office products.
• Help establish the value and impact of service design within the Data Office.
• Turn insight into action to inform planning and decision-making.
