The LEGO Group is seeking a Service Design Lead to shape future retail experiences that connect physical and digital touchpoints. You will lead end-to-end service design across complex programs, aligning stakeholders and driving evidence-based prioritisation.

A senior, strategic practitioner with hands-on research and prototyping skills will thrive here. You will collaborate with product leadership, researchers and engineers to evolve shopper services at scale, ensuring the LEGO brand delivers

Qualifications

• Deep expertise across the full-service design process, from discovery through to delivery, with the judgement to adapt methods to the challenge and to integrate service design with product and business strategy.
• 10+ years of professional experience in in-house design, innovation function or top-tier firms.
• Strong hands-on user research experience and ability to design and deliver strategic research.
• Proven ability mapping and reimagining complex omnichannel journeys across physical and digital environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service design across cross-functional programmes.
• Connect physical and digital touchpoints and define actors, systems and processes behind shopper experiences.
• Collaborate with product leadership to shape strategy and prioritise investments.
• Prototype and experiment to test and refine solutions and move teams quickly from idea to implementation.
