LEGO Group is seeking a Service Design Lead within the Shopper Product organisation to shape future retail experiences that connect physical and digital touchpoints and deliver measurable business value.

You will work with product leadership to prioritise opportunities, run inclusive workshops, and lead cross-functional teams across disciplines to evolve services for tomorrow’s shoppers.

The role requires deep expertise, 10+ years, and a passion for scaling design craft across a global brand.

Qualifikationen

• Deep expertise across the full-service design process with ability to adapt methods to challenge
• 10+ years of professional experience including in-house design or top-tier consultancy
• Strong hands-on user research experience with strategic research methodologies
• Experience mapping and visualising complex omnichannel journeys; creating service blueprints
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and ambiguity navigation
• Strong commercial mindset; collaborating with business stakeholders
• Experience designing inclusive workshops for diverse stakeholders
• Expertise in prototyping and lean experimentation to test solutions
• Exceptional visual storytelling to articulate complex ecosystems and align stakeholders
• Professional proficiency in English
