Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Service Designer – Data Platforms in Copenhagen. You will create user-centred journeys for organisation-wide data platforms, shape product portfolio decisions using service design methods, and coach Product Managers to adopt user-centred development practices.

Based in the LEGO Hub in Copenhagen (soon Postbyen), you’ll join an eight-person design team, work in a hybrid setup, and help demonstrate the value of service design across data-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment on critical decisions.
• Delivered service blueprints and journey maps that informed product or business decisions.
• Conducted user and stakeholder research and synthesized insights into recommendations.
• Built stakeholder and ecosystem maps to support product planning and prioritization.
• Owned end-to-end design work from scope to delivery.
• Facilitated workshops enabling teams to align on decisions and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centred journeys for data and knowledge platforms used across the organisation.
• Shape product portfolio decisions through service design methods and tools.
• Guide Product Managers in adopting user-centred approaches to development.
• Develop stakeholder-aligned service blueprints for key Data Office products.
• Help establish the value and impact of service design within the Data Office.
