Job summary

The LEGO Group in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Service Designer - Data Platforms to shape user-centered experiences across the organisation's data tools and services. You’ll influence product portfolio decisions and support the Data Office's digital strategy.

Working within the Digital Platforms and Infrastructure team, you’ll lead service design work from scoping to delivery, facilitate workshops, and coach product managers in applying user-centered methods across data products.

Qualifications

• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and align decisions.
• Experience delivering service blueprints and journey maps.
• Conducted user and stakeholder research and synthesized insights.
• Built stakeholder and ecosystem maps for product planning.
• Owned end-to-end design work from scoping to delivery.
• Facilitated workshops to align teams on decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered journeys for data and knowledge platforms.
• Shape product portfolio decisions using service design methods.
• Guide Product Managers to adopt user-centered development.
• Develop stakeholder-aligned service blueprints for Data Office products.
• Help establish the value and impact of service design within the Data Office.
