This individual contributor role focuses on expanding direct and indirect sales through distributors and partners, with close collaboration to regional and global stakeholders.

The candidate will drive growth, manage a data‑driven sales pipeline, and travel up to 30% to engage customers and partners across the region.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within Industrial Refrigeration, compressors, or related technical industry.
• At least 10 years in aftermarket, channel management, or technical sales.
• Strong in analysis, structure, and commercial execution.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket and parts growth across EMEA via direct and indirect channels.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors and third-party partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and increase market share.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Regional Leadership.
• Build dashboards and improve visibility into sales performance.
