You will travel up to 30% and operate from our Holme, Aarhus office, engaging with regional and global stakeholders to deliver strong, data-driven sales performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial Refrigeration or a related technical industry.
• Minimum 10 years in aftermarket, channel management, or technical sales.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and commercial execution skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in the aftermarket and parts business across EMEA via direct and indirect channels.
• Lead playbook execution to grow Industrial Refrigeration through distributors and partners.
• Develop relationships with distributors and third-party partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and increase market share.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Regional Leadership.
