Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Quality and Operations Specialist to drive structured investigations into complex quality issues across engineering, manufacturing, and service. You will guide cross-functional teams through 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone, and FMEA to identify root causes and containment actions.

Reporting to management and customers, you will translate technical findings into clear conclusions, monitor open cases, follow up with stakeholders, and push corrective actions through to

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in quality, engineering, manufacturing, service, or continuous improvement environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured, data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality, reliability, and operational challenges
• Drive root cause identification and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor progress, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of gates
• Prepare professional reports and present findings to customers, management, and key stakeholders
