Job summary

Siemens Gamesa seeks a digital and analytical professional to empower our Operational Excellence team. You will turn production and value-stream data into reliable reporting, simulations, and digital solutions used by Business Partners and Program Managers to improve lead times, flow, capacity and productivity on the factory floor.

You will design and maintain Power BI reports and data models, develop simulation models, and build automation that reduces manual work for production teams.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with digitalization and data in an operational environment.
• Experience with Python for simulation, analysis and automation is preferred.
• Good knowledge in Excel is required.
• Power BI capability including data modelling, DAX, Power Query, report design, validation and performance optimization.
• Coding skills and a focus on data software development are a plus.
• Proficiency in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power BI reports and semantic data models for performance reviews and to reveal lead time, productivity and bottlenecks.
• Develop and run simulations of production flow, capacity and queues to derive decision-ready conclusions.
• Build digital applications and automation to improve flow and decision-making.
• Write, review, and maintain the code behind analytics, applications, and integrations.
• Translate complex output into actionable recommendations with clear assumptions and sensitivities.
• Collaborate with OE Business Partners, Program Managers, IT, Engineering, Planning, Finance and Production to ensure adoption and long-term value.
