Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking a quality and operations-focused professional to lead structured problem solving and cross-functional investigations. You will apply 8D, RCA, Fishbone, and FMEA to identify root causes and implement corrective actions across quality, reliability, and manufacturing processes.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, stakeholder management, and clear reporting to management and customers, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in quality, engineering, manufacturing, service, or continuous improvement environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured, data-driven mindset.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex quality, reliability, and operational challenges.
• Drive root cause identification and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor progress, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of gates.
• Prepare professional reports and present findings to customers, management, and key stakeholders.

Your day centers on complex quality and operational issues that need structured investigation. You facilitate cross-functional teams through methodologies like 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Fishbone to pinpoint what went wrong and why. You track open cases, follow up with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and service, and push corrective actions through to closure. You prepare reports and present findings to management and customers, translating technical findings into clear conclusions. Throughout, you look for systemic patterns that point to bigger improvement opportunities beyond the immediate case.
