Job summary

Siemens Gamesa in Denmark is seeking a quality and operations specialist to lead structured problem-solving, using 8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone and FMEA. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing and service, drive corrective actions to closure, and present findings to management.

A degree in engineering or related field and strong analytical, communicative skills are essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
Experience in quality, engineering, manufacturing, service, or continuous improvement environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured, data-driven mindset.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex quality, reliability, and operational challenges.
Drive root cause identification and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor progress, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of gates.
Prepare professional reports and present findings to customers, management, and key stakeholders.
