Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Training Developer to design and develop engaging learning content across competence areas, transforming identified training needs into structured content using established instructional design standards.

You will collaborate with Competence Managers and subject matter experts, manage projects to deadlines, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Global Training Excellence team.

As a Training Developer, you will work closely with Competence Managers and subject matter experts to design and develop engaging, high-quality learning solutions across one or more competence areas. You will transform identified training needs into structured training content, applying agreed instructional design standards and methodologies. Working within the Global Training Excellence team, you will contribute to the successful delivery and deployment of training initiatives that support capability development across the organization.

• Design and develop training content, learning materials, and solutions aligned with agreed instructional design principles and standards.
• Partner with Competence Managers and subject matter experts to translate training requirements into effective learning experiences.
• Ensure all training content is accurate, engaging, audience-focused, and meets defined quality expectations.
• Apply established design standards, templates, methodologies, and governance requirements consistently across all deliverables.
• Manage assigned projects and deliverables effectively, ensuring deadlines and milestones are achieved.
• Maintain clear documentation of content versions, stakeholder feedback, decisions, and development activities.
• Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and potential delays early to support successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to continuous improvement, and support the evolution of training standards.
