Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Press Office & Issues Management to lead the press office and strengthen the company's approach to reputation and crisis management. You will shape responses to media inquiries, advise senior leaders and provide guidance on handling high-profile issues with clarity, pace and confidence.

Qualifications

• Led press office, media relations, issues management or crisis communications for a high-profile consumer brand.
• Managed complex and high-profile media enquiries from initial fact-finding through to the final response.
• Developed crisis plans, escalation processes and response protocols for reputation-critical situations.
• Produced clear media statements, Q&A materials, briefings and corporate messaging under tight deadlines.
• Advised senior leaders on media handling, reputation risk and response strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing press office and strengthen issues management capability.
• Shape responses to media interest and provide trusted counsel on reputation.
• Prepare the organisation to manage significant issues with clarity, pace and confidence.
• Collaborate with Corporate & Sustainability Communications and market teams to ensure consistency.
• Build and maintain an accessible library of approved messaging, holding statements and Q&A materials.
• Support crisis readiness, monitoring, scenario planning and lessons from live issues.
