Job summary

The LEGO Agency at LEGO System A/S seeks a Senior Manager, Communications Strategist to plan integrated experiences spanning owned, earned, shared and paid media. You will define multichannel campaigns, shape user journeys, and connect brand growth with data-driven insights.

This 1-year contract role requires strong storytelling, cross-team collaboration, and a track record in global strategy/planning contexts to drive impactful communications for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a communications planning or strategy role.
• Experience using data-driven planning tools and audience insights to build plans.
• Experience working with channels/media owners to develop creative and executional thinking.
• Ability to stay ahead of consumer behaviours, technology platforms and cultural shifts.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form.
• Desire to stay involved through project lifecycles and maintain strategic/creative excellence.
• Preference for experience in a global strategy/planning context or multi-market role.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Create and define multichannel communications plans combining owned, earned, paid and shared media.
• Bring big ideas to life across campaigns and seasons with connected user journeys.
• Apply understanding of audiences, touchpoints and channel thinking to planning.
• Use data and research to inform approaches while allowing creative exploration.
• Build strong storytelling, persuasive pitches and partner engagement to align teams.
• Help craft and develop planning processes and foster collaboration across marketing teams.
• Support colleagues to refine thinking and build relationships across LEGO.
