Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Manager for Group Sustainability Reporting & Compliance to shape how we measure and report ESG performance across environmental, social, and governance topics.

You will integrate ESG reporting with financial statements, lead annual target setting, coordinate audits with external auditors, and translate CSRD/ESRS/ISSB requirements into practical processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable experience in sustainability reporting or related financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and regulations and their practical application.
• Proven track record of managing complex reporting processes with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Integrate ESG reporting with the Consolidated Financial Statements (Annual Report and Interim Report).
• Lead the sustainability target-setting process with short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
• Plan annual audit activities in collaboration with external auditors.
• Consolidate and control ESG performance metrics across the organization.
• Translate CSRD/ESRS/ISSB requirements into actionable processes and policies.
• Collaborate across functions to standardize reporting processes and strengthen controls.
