Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the press office and strengthen issues management across the organization. You will shape media responses, advise senior leaders and prepare markets for significant issues with clear messaging, governance and rapid decision-making.

Qualifications

• Led press office, media relations, issues management or crisis communications for a high-profile consumer brand.
• Managed complex and high-profile media enquiries from initial fact-finding through to the final response.
• Developed crisis plans, escalation processes and response protocols for reputation-critical situations.
• Produced clear media statements, Q&A materials, briefings and corporate messaging under tight deadlines.
• Advised senior leaders on media handling, reputation risk and response strategy.

Responsibilities

• Stronger responses to complex and sensitive media enquiries.
