The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Manager in Press Office & Issues Management to lead a high-performing team and shape responses to media interest globally.

Based in Copenhagen/Billund, this senior, individual-contributor role blends crisis communications, corporate messaging and proactive media relations with a hybrid work model across LEGO offices.

You will advise senior leaders, establish clear processes and ensure messaging consistency across markets.

Qualifications

• Led press office, media relations or crisis communications for a high-profile consumer brand.
• Managed complex media enquiries from initial fact-finding through to final response.
• Developed crisis plans, escalation processes and response protocols for reputation-critical situations.
• Advised senior leaders on media handling, reputation risk and response strategy.

Responsibilities

• Shape responses to media interest and provide trusted counsel on reputation.
• Lead reactive enquiries, crisis communications and corporate messaging.
• Develop global guidance and maintain an approved messaging library (holding statements & Q&As).
• Collaborate with markets, issues response teams and media relations stakeholders.
