Ramboll is seeking a Project Director / Senior Chief Engineer – Power Transmission and Grid Integration to lead the electrical system design of large-scale power transmission installations.

You will be part of our international Power Systems organisation and work across projects related to electrification, offshore wind, data centres and large-scale energy infrastructure. Ramboll continues to invest in the global Power Systems market with a strong track record.

Formación

• Strong OEM experience and hands-on modelling in electrical systems.
• Deep expertise with grid-forming equipment and FACTS (e.g., STATCOMs, frequency converters).
• Experience with electrical system design and modelling tools (PowerFactory, PSCAD).
• Hands-on experience with grid compliance and integration for utility-scale installations (BESS, renewables, data centers).
• Excellent managerial skills and 5+ years leading large, complex electrical packages.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical system design from feasibility through FEED, design, execution and construction.
• Develop cutting-edge and optimized technical designs to connect utility-scale assets to the grid.
• Lead dialogue with TSO/DSO to address requirements through design.
• Oversee engineering for large power installations including tender facilitation and QA.
• Collaborate with engineering, specialist and project management disciplines for best client outcomes.
• Manage interaction with the client’s senior technical leadership.
