Job summary

Ramboll Group is seeking a Project Director – Offshore Wind Transmission to lead the transmission system package from feasibility through construction. The role combines electrical, mechanical and civil engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions for offshore wind projects.

You will lead projects within Ramboll's Power Systems organisation, coordinating across offshore and onshore assets and applying innovative approaches to grid integration and substations.

Qualifications

Master's degree in electrical engineering or relevant field.
Strong technical experience in Power Systems within consultancy, utilities or energy.
Experience delivering complex technical projects and acting as senior technical expert.
Leadership experience and ability to develop technical specialists.
Strong client and stakeholder skills with excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead the transmission system package across project phases.
Integrate electrical, mechanical and civil packages.
Oversee electrical system studies and grid integration.
Lead onshore and offshore substations and HV cables work.
Oversee cable landfall and protection systems; drive offshore collaboration and innovation.
