Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Project Director for Offshore Wind Transmission to lead the end-to-end transmission system package across offshore and onshore projects. You will coordinate electrical, mechanical and civil disciplines, oversee grid integration and HV cables, and guide the team through feasibility, FEED, design, execution and construction phases.

• Master's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or power systems.
• Extensive experience in offshore wind transmission projects.
• Ability to lead complex technical programs and act as senior expert.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for technical specialists.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transmission system package across all project phases.
