Job summary

Ramboll in Denmark seeks an experienced Project Director / Senior Chief Engineer for Power Transmission and Grid Integration. You will lead end-to-end electrical system design for large-scale installations and connect assets to the grid.

Qualifications

Experience leading large electrical packages.
Hands-on modelling experience with grid-forming equipment and FACTS.
Experience with electrical system design and modelling tools like PowerFactory/PSCAD.
Strong communication and client management skills.
At least five years of leadership experience on complex projects.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical system design from feasibility through construction.
Develop optimized technical designs to connect utility-scale assets to the grid.
Lead technical dialogue with TSO/DSO stakeholders to address requirements.
Oversee engineering activities, tender facilitation, and quality assurance.
Collaborate with engineering and project management for optimal client outcomes.
Engage with client senior technical leadership and cross-project development of concepts.
Participate in industry groups to stay aligned with standards and market trends.
