Job summary

Ramboll Group is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to drive design and technical leadership for low and medium voltage systems across diverse projects in Denmark. You will guide engineering teams, shape technical options for clients, and ensure solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

The role combines hands-on leadership with client relations, awareness of procurement, and engagement in sales and proposals.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./B.Eng. or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in Power Systems and LV/MV engineering.
• Experience leading projects and smaller engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of low voltage & medium voltage systems according to standards and regulations.
• Lead the technical scope and smaller/mid-size engineering teams.
• Act as the client’s technical advisor and Owners Engineer.
