Job summary

Trackman is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and develop our People Operations function as we continue to grow globally. With 1,100+ employees, you will shape scalable processes, governance, and employee experience across regions.

You will build a high-performing team, manage the global lifecycle, policies, and the technology stack that enables automation and AI-driven improvements. This role reports to the Head of HR and partners with Finance and business leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience with significant People Operations, Shared Services or Employee Experience exposure.
• Experience leading and developing teams in an international organisation.
• Strong track record of improving global HR processes, governance and service delivery models.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, digitalization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR Operations team to deliver high-quality service.
• Own and improve the Global Employee Lifecycle across onboarding, mobility, changes, promotions and exits.
• Build and maintain global HR policy framework, governance and compliance.
• Lead the technology and automation agenda for the People Operations function.
