Job summary

Ørsted Bioenergy is seeking a Senior OT Security Officer to strengthen security, resilience, and compliance across OT and IT environments. You’ll lead security governance, work with operations, engineering and vendors, and translate cyber risk into business and safety impacts.

You will engage in risk assessments, secure architecture, and ongoing awareness programs, in a multi-site international setting with safety-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT or equivalent.
• Experience with industrial control systems and 24/7 production environments.
• Fluent in Danish and English; familiar with IT networks and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT security governance, policies, standards and procedures.
• Assess, manage and reduce cyber risk across OT environments including ICS/SCADA/IIoT.
• Define secure OT architecture: network segmentation, secure remote access, logging and monitoring.
• Conduct OT security risk assessments, gap analyses and maturity reviews per IEC 62443, ISO 27001 and Danish law.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance, IT and vendors to ensure practical controls.
• Drive OT security awareness and training for technical and operations teams.
